  • Draganfly Commander 3 XL

    WEATHER-RESISTANT MULTIROTOR UAV

    The Commander 3 XL supports automated and manual flight operations, making it the ideal choice for industry leaders across a variety of major markets including public safety and agriculture. The Commander 3 XL drone’s fuselage consists of a simple rectangular tube. Each component of the drone has been specifically designed to ensure the airframe can pack down into a transportable case.

    Key Features:

    • Effectively carry 10 kilograms (22 lbs) for approximately 20 minutes.
    • Strong performance in light rain and snow.
    • Multiple configurations for radio equipment including point to point and cellular link.
    • Utilize drop or winch down systems to deliver payloads.
    • North American-built flight controllers, sensors and radios.

    Additional Features:

    • Propellers can be quick-release or folding.
    • Two quick-release arm assemblies insert into either end of the tube.
    • Landing folds below each motor along the length of the arm.
    • Batteries are semi-permanently attached to carrier plates which allows for automatic connection during installation.

Commonly used by emergency response teams and for infrastructure inspection, thermal infrared cameras give invaluable information for search and rescue, fire response and management, and identifying damaged energy sector infrastructure.

    These specialty cameras are tightly integrated with our RPAS platforms and flight planning software to accurately capture imagery in specific targeted light bands.     Long-range LiDAR

    Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) provides extremely accurate distance measurements and improved resolution over conventional photogrammetry methods. Often used for mapping and surveying, this sensor works well when there is dense ground cover or tree canopy.
